some owners prefer to spay so that the dog will not suffer in heat later when he grows up :)

Just to share: Had four of my cats (3 boys and 1 girl) neutered recently at Advanced Vetcare last weekend. My reason being my oldest cat Max (10 years old) kept having urinary problems. The vet said at his age it was common + usually caused by stress esp when he sees girl cats he wants to mate with - Max is an indoor cat and we never let him out. SO the best course to control his urges and reduce his chances of urinary probs is to undergo neutering. We didn't want any more cats so we also had the others neutered to prevent any more health problems. They seem to be recovering well now thankfully. They're back to their playful selves.
