Dog Skin Issues

My dog is a 13 years old Shih Tzu and is suffering a serious case of skin problem.
He gets "sweaty" and flakes a lot.

Anyone has a good vet who specialised in dog dermatology that you can recommend ?

You can try Advanced VetCare in Bedok. My brother took his dog there because of manges and thankfully the soap and meds provided worked.
