Lost Dalmatian spotted at Bt Panjang Ring Road

Spotted a dalmatian looking lost along Bt Panjang Ring Road, just outside Segar LRT Station, on the divider opp Sheng Shiong.
Hope the owner will see this and come retrieve the dog before something happens to it.

It's a really sad story. I hope he finds his owners and everything will be fine with him. I remember seeing a lonely cat scratching something in the street. And the main thing is that I did not think that cats do it exactly for the reasons described there.
